I tried to take a nap when Danica did, but instead I couldn't get a song out my head.

I can't guarantee the song wont get stuck in your head too, once you listen to it.

Oh Dani Girl

I was thinking the other day how Tyler and I met 6 years ago around this time.  Crazy.  Crazy to think that this Dani-nugget of joy is all ours (well, yes, we share her with her grandparents) and that back then I never realized how happy we were really going to end up being.

She was pulling the rocking chair all over the room.  She stopped by the shoe rack and put on Dad's snow gloves and started rocking the empty chair.  Maybe I should be worried...? But I just find it cute

Ok, Danica used to not be so into watching things on TV, but lately she's been OBSESSED with this Disneyland DVD her Grandpa Seavers made her.   She says, "song" all. day. long. - meaning she wants to watch the Disney Sing Along Songs.  It's pretty funny.

A couple videos from Christmas

I gave Danica a bottle to play with and this is what she did with it.



My brothers are amazing and can play the piano really well without any music.  They just sit down and play whatever.  This is my brother Brent playing the piano. He was playing Christmas songs and mixing them with other songs.  He's playing Zelda in the beginning, but I'm not sure what Christmas song he was playing it with.  Then he played jingle bells mixed with Mario.  I thought it was cool that he came up with that.

One-Upping

I think we've all experienced the annoying one-upper. Some person will respond to your experience or problem by immediately telling a similar story about themselves with a much more fantastic (or terrible) outcome. Well, a few weeks ago I was watching SNL. To me, it hasn't been the greatest, but this skit made me really laugh!! I love this character.
