I made some alphabet boards for the kids tonight. I'm excited for them to try out this idea tomorrow!
I have to give credit to my mom for putting the idea into my head. If you've taken piano lessons from
my mom, you might remember her making a staff on the floor out of
masking tape. You'd throw a bean bag onto the staff and then have to
tell her what note it was. I remember doing this many times and having it totally help! So I thought why not try the same idea with the alphabet!
The kids have their capital letters down, but on the backside of the
poster board are the lowercase letters. They'll throw their little felt
rice bags onto the letters and have to tell me which one it is. I hope
they love it!

It's the cool thing to do.
